Typhoon in the Phillipines

Let us send our love and healing thoughts to the poor people who are suffering in the aftermath of this terrible typhoon.

 

Many of the survivors have lost their entire families and I really can't imagine how painful that would be. My family mean everything to me and the thought of losing them all in one go is awful.

 

I feel such compassion for these people and my heart is sending them unconditional love and hopes that they can somehow try to rebuild their lives in the future.

 

They also need our practical help so please give all you can to the appeals around the world. In the UK we have the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) appeal which targets the money to wherever it is needed the most, with only 5% going towards overheads.

 

If you can't afford to give money then just give your thoughts and prayers as these are very effective ways to bring about change in the world.

 

 

Last Quarter of 2013

We are now in the last quarter of 2013 and I can’t believe how quickly the year is passing. Everything seems to have speeded up, which sometimes feels like my life is passing by before my very eyes!
 

I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way, but what a great experience it has been so far. The new energies continue to flood the earth and the feminine energies are really doing a good job in overturning the male dominance that has prevailed for such a long time.

 

Kindness, love and respect is returning to the earth and it is affecting many people and changing the way they perceive the world and others. This is what was needed to bring change to the world and to pave the way to peace.

 

There’s still a long way to go, for many stubbornly stick to the old ways but hopefully they will change their view, change their perception and embrace the new paradigm that exists now on earth.

 

Let’s all move forward now into the new earth without fear, without regrets for past actions, without guilt for what we didn’t do. Love is all that matters now because love is all that’s real.

As Above So Below

We are all familiar with the idea of "As above so below" but I wonder if the world is in alignment with this any more.

 

Most conflict and disagreements around the world seem to be about religion and certain groups trying to force their beliefs onto others. People seem to have a total lack of tolerance for any kind of faith that isn't the same as theirs and I do not understand why.

 

There is only one God, Creator, Source who is known by many names but on earth their are many religions all believing that their way is the only way to reach Him/Her. People fight and kill others in the name of their religion and say they are doing it in the name of God.

 

God loves us all as his children and does not distinguish between religions. God knows nothing about religions because they don't exist in His/Her consciousness ("above").

 

Organised religion is not required to contact God or to be loved by God. I understand that many like to go to church or mosque or synagogue or whatever to enjoy coming together in praise of God but much more tolerance of other religions is needed. Your way really is no better than other ways. Your beliefs are no more valid than others' beliefs.

 

We are all contected as one consciousness ("below") and when we remember that there is only God and Us we can understand the true meaning of "As above so below".

 

Ancient Yew Trees

I love yew trees. They seem to call to me and I feel a deep connection with them on a soul level.

There is recent evidence that ancient yew trees once thought to be several hundred years old could be over a thousand years old. It has been found that they can regenerate even when they appear to be dying.

Yew trees are able to grow new roots inside their old decaying trunks which grow down into the earth. When the old trunk finally disintegrates, a new multi-stemmed tree is revealed.

It is thought that some of these multi-stemmed trees could even account for a number of clusters of yew trees that can be found in parts of Britain. There are many multi-stemmed trees that are themselves hundreds of years old, which grew from a single yew tree that was over a thousand years old.

These ancient majestic trees are probably older than most of the churchyards in which they grow. They have stood guard over the graves of our ancestors for many hundreds of years and some are so old they were there before the churches. In fact it is thought that some churches were built next to yew trees that were already growing in that place.

Long before churches existed, our ancestors recognised yew trees as sacred and divine. They knew that yew trees have always been here and always would be here. They would have prayed and held ceremonies under the yew trees and buried their dead, knowing that the graves would always be protected by these magnificent tree people.

 

 

 
We humans, the animal, mineral and plant kingdoms are all connected, we are all one. The native Americans believed this and referred to the different kingdoms as the two legged people, four legged people, winged people, fin people, stone people and tree people.

The native Americans talked about the coming of the “rainbow tribe” (red, black, white, yellow skinned people) and honoured “all our relations” (from the past and the future). They knew that whatever we may appear to be on the outside is not who we are in reality.

We are great souls, we are divine. When we go within to that quiet space in our hearts, we can recognise our true reality, who we really are. We can honour our true selves and honour the divine soul inside everyone we meet in our physical life.

The Way To Peace

Why do we think that we can achieve peace by starting wars? This always comes to mind when an existing conflict is escalated into a full-blown war by the intervention of other countries in the name of peace.

The innocent men, women and children caught up in the crossfire between rival factions are the ones needing our help. Missile attacks in an effort to knock out one or other of these factions won’t work.

All that will happen is an escalation of the violence and those poor innocents in the middle are the ones who will come off worse. We all know from previous conflicts what happens when so-called targeted attacks go off target . Yes the innocent ones are the ones who pay with their lives.

Peace can only be achieved when everyone in the world loves each other. To do this we have to first love ourselves and when we love ourselves we will find it easy and natural to love everyone else.

The only way to peace is love.

Manifesting Peace

Let’s all send out love and light to the areas of conflict around the world and particulary to the middle-east at this time.

We may think that there is nothing much we personally can do to improve these situations as governments never listen to ordinary people. There may be nothing we can do physically but we can meditate, go within and just keep sending out love and light.
 

While doing this we can also visualise these areas of conflict as areas of peace instead and actually try to feel them as areas of peace. The stronger our visualisations and the more real our feelings that these are areas of peace, the more chance there is that we will be able to manifest our thoughts into a new reality.

The Fear Factor

The world governments continue to try and keep us in the grip of fear with the notification that many foreign embassies are closing for several days in the middle-east. They say that this is due to “credible” intelligence reports that there has been increased communications between terrorist groups in Yemen and Pakistan.

Then they tell us that they have foiled a plot by some Al Qaida-linked group to blow something up but is this true? Or is it just that they need to crank up the fear factor to keep us all in that state of always expecting a terrorist attack to happen any minute? To keep us all living in fear instead of living the happy peaceful lives we all can have and deserve.

If we continually send out these negative thought forms we will simply attract more fear. We must not buy into these devisive stories all the time and must recognise that not all muslims are terrorists and that not all Christians live like saints.

We have to try see the love in everyone. If we learn to recognise love in others and give love, then love is what we will receive. Only once we are all on the same wavelength can we expect the arrival of the long awaited Aquarian age of world peace.

Harmonic Convergence 2013

I don't know all that much about Astrology but I have heard a lot about the recent Harmonic Convergence. This has caused a great stir amongst Astrologers and from what I have seen in the predictions in magazines we will all benefit from this event.

It seems to be a rare event causing much excitement in Astrological circles and appears to be something of great portent for us all and for Mother Earth too it would seem. It marked the end of the 26 year cycle which started with the Harmonic Convergence of 1987.

I remember that it was in around 1987 I first realised that I wanted to know about (or remember) all things spiritual, psychic and mystic. Since then I have been on my own 26 year cycle of spiritual unfolding, but conciously unaware of it until about 5 or 6 years ago when I awoke and began in earnest.

Great energies have come to us during this period and many of us have become awakened by the desire for knowledge of our true selves. I wish you all the happiness that I now have in my life since I discovered where it is I must go to. I still have far to go but I carry on willingly knowing my path will take me to my true reality.

Joyful Living

In these busy times we live in, many of us feel unable to acknowledge the joy in our lives.

A dictionary will give the definition of joy as “a feeling of great happiness or pleasure” or maybe “a cause of delight”. The adjective of joy is joyful which means “causing or expressing joy”. Then we have the adverb joyfully which can be used when we are doing something with joy leading us to be full of joyfulness.

 

We are always being told to “enjoy” in restaurants, cafés and bars, etc., in an almost robotic automated way, without any true feeling behind it.

The dictionary tells us that enjoy means “to take pleasure or satisfaction in something” or “ to take experience something desirable”.

The word joy seems to be bandied about without much thought as to how one is to achieve this state of joy, joyfulness or joyousness.

It appears that we are seeking joy in the wrong places. We are looking for outward stimuli to feel joyful which of course leads us to seek ever more activities in order to maintain this joyfulness. Activities such as shopping, eating, drinking, gaming and any other kind of consumerism that can be used to drag us out of our lethargy.

My recommendation for bringing joy into your life is to seek it within. Be still and meditate. Go into your heart and feel the love coming to you from the Divine. Bring in the light from Source through your crown chakra and hold it in your heart and you will soon feel the joy of being loved unconditionally.

Once you feel this unconditonal love for yourself and others you will soon know what joyful living is like and believe me you won’t want to live any other way.

Dolphins, Unicorns, Fairies and Elementals

We read a lot about how the energies of these wonderful beings are coming back to earth because they wish to work with us once again.

Of course the dolphins are still with us physically but unicorns, fairies and elementals inhabit the higher vibrational realms so that most of us aren’t able to see them. Although we might not see them, they are still all around us and many people can feel their beautiful energies whilst walking in nature, particularly in woodland areas it seems.

I would particularly love to see a unicorn as I have a strong resonance with horses and of course the unicorn is a type of horse. I have never had the privilage of seeing one and perhaps I’ve been trying too hard and must learn to remove any blockages I may have to seeing them. I will definitely be working on releasing any blockages during my meditations so I can become more open and accepting of these mythical beings that once roamed the earth in physical form.

Many of us have blockages that prevent us from seeing and believing in unicorns, fairies and elementals due to us being taught as children that they only exist in fairy tales. Many children have seen them and been told that it was only their imagination, so eventually this has produced the blockages that now need to be released.
 

I’m still working on mine and you might want to work on yours too, as who wouldn’t want to see fairies and elementals in your garden with a unicorn standing nearby under a tree? How fabulous that would be!

Living in Two Worlds

With all the energies that continue to flood the Earth at this time I feel like I'm on the threshold of the new 5th dimensional world.

 

One minute I am maybe meditating or doing something creative like making jewellery and feeling all peaceful and filled with love and light. The next I can be brought back down to our dense 3rd dimensional "reality" with a bump because of some negative emotion that comes into my thinking.

 

This can be because of something I hear on the news or read in a newspaper. It can be by my partner complaining about something in his normal negative way or it can be caused by something as simple as opening another bill!

 

It's hard to live in two worlds, but that is how I think those of us on the path are living. We try constantly to live in love, light and peace in our 5th dimensional world but keep being pulled back down to the 3rd dimension!

 

All we can do is persevere in our efforts to raise our vibrations and to keep them raised so eventually we will only be living in the one 5th dimensional world. The old 3rd dimensional world will fall away in time so that none of us need return to that world of dense matter.

 

Keep on bringing in the light and giving out unconditional love and you will get there in the end. We all will.

Walk in the Light

We need to walk in the Light at all times to assist us along our Spiritual path. I found this prayer some time ago and use it daily, often along with the Lord's Prayer.

 

This prayer is about gratitude and about forgiving both others and ourselves. Try using it yourselves and see the changes it can bring to how you feel about others.

 

Oh Mother/Father/Creator/God I give thanks for all of the lessons and blessings in my life;

I forgive others for all of their actions against me as I request forgiveness for all of my actions against others;

I ask that I be filled with the Christ's Light of God's unconditional love so I may always walk in your light.

 

AMEN

 

Say the Amen emphatically so that you are setting your intentions to forgive and be forgiven and to always walk in the Light.

Discerment

I was on YouTube the other day looking at videos with various messages and channellings from Ascended Masters and star people. Some of these rang true with me and some didn’t feel quite right.

I also same across a lot of quite fanatical religeous messages warning of dire consequences of alien contact or “satanic” channellings. These sites just serve to hold people in fear in the hope they won’t accept the messages of love and light that are coming through at this time.

The thing I find most disturbing are that some of the comments posted for all kinds of videos are really quite vile and abusive. I can’t repeat here some of the language that I’ve seen used.

Everyone has free will to look at what they like and if you don’t like it you don’t go there again. You use your discernment to say “that’s not for me” but there is no need to post insulting personal  comments on something you don’t agree with.

It’s not our place to judge anyone, right or wrong. Just use discernment and move on to something you do resonate with.

Gratitude and Abundance

A lot has been written about manifesting the things you want in your life, cosmic ordering and abundance etc., but not so much about gratitude.

People spend time making story boards or writing lists of what they want to have or achieve, some even stating exactly when they want have it!

Mostly these wishes are material desires for better cars, homes and even handbags! Before we start to demand these things from the Universe we should give heartfelt thanks for what we already have in our life.

Gratitude should always come first in my view and the Universe will provide everything we really need. This may not always be exactly what we wanted but it is usually sufficient for our needs at this time in our life.

Abundance is having everything we need and not everything we desire. The Universe does provide everything we need, which includes insights and ideas on how to improve our ability to attain the better salaries, homes, cars that we would like. We have to listen to our inner guidance in order to receive these insights and ideas, which many people simply don’t do.

Be truly grateful for the life you have and listen out for the guidance that will bring the improvements you’d like in your life. Nothing is going to miraculously appear without you doing anything! Ask by all means, but just be aware that it’s you who can achieve what you want once you have listened and acted on the guidance given by your higher self.

Give thanks, pray, listen and receive!

No Dogma Needed Here

I have been reading a lot of spiritual books recently, some of them quite old, and I noticed that many of them have complicated rituals on how to pass the various initiations required to attain ascension.

Although I love the basic information given in these books I feel that now, with the new energies flooding Earth at this time, it is no longer necessary to perform such rituals. As long as our sincere intention is to ascend and we live correctly, meditate, pray and see every other person as a divine soul, as we are ourselves, ascension will come when the time is right.

Intention, acceptance of the new energies, light and unconditional love can replace these outdated rituals and dogma. In my view this so-called new age dogma only replaced the dogma of organised religions which we are trying to get away from. We don’t need dogma when we have the divine power to communicate not only with our Higher Self and Monad but with our Mother/Father/Creator/God, the One, Source.

We are all beautiful Divine Sons and Daughters of God and as long as we remember to see our selves as this and not as just a body we can’t go too far off the path. Being love, being light and seeing everyone else as being love and light, how can we attack anyone, either verbally or physically? This is the way to bring about peace – first in our hearts and then out in the world.

 

Increased Energy Flow Continues

The enormous increase in energies flowing from Source continues as we approach the half-way mark of 2013.

 

I know that I'm not alone in feeling these energies flooding my physical body and activating my heart centre.

 

Often throughout my day I feel that prickly tingling feeling at the top or back of my head which I've come to know is confirmation from Spirit that whatever I'm thinking or talking about is correct. This also happens when I ask if something I'm doing or want to do is for my highest good. Yes tingling is good!

 

An air of excitement is all around these days, like something wonderful is about to happen and we are all going to be part of it. Never mind those people who feel cheated because the world didn't end on 21st December 2012 and they didn't find themselves ascended into paradise.

 

I know that if we carry on bringing in the light and sending out love and light to the world we will all feel the change here on Earth. Eventually we will build the New World here on Earth, the fifth dimensional world where we will live in peace and infinite joy for ever.

 

 

Feminine Energies Increasing in 2013

Since 2009 I have been receiving channelled information from a cosmic being who introduced themselves to me as Omega.

 

I asked no questions and only recorded what ever information Omega wished to give and was unaware of exactly what I was being told until I read it through afterwards. These channellings are shown on the separate page Omega Channelings.

 

Over the last two years I was priviliged to be witness to the birthing on Earth of new energies coming from light beings of the Great Central Sun. I was part of the first group to receive attunements of various new energies that form part of what is now known as Tranquil Light.

 

The Tranquil Light Ascension Course was birthed in Jersey, Channel Islands and the information was channelled by Sue McAllister, Marie Daly and Suki Cartwright. The main difference with Tranquil Light and other energy healing modalities is that one actually "becomes" Tranquil Light and so you just "be it" rather than do it.

 

Tranquil Light can be combined with other modalities such as Crystal Healing or Reiki, but there are no instructions to follow or or hand positions to use - you just radiate it out of your being. It has been well received and people have said how relaxing they found it and that they just felt like they had gone "somewhere else".

Australia During The Shift

I have recently returned from Australia where I spent time in WA, south of Perth, Tasmania and Sydney.

WA is lovely and steeped in history, both aboriginal and British. Tasmania is wonderful with it's rivers, mountains, forests, lakes and beaches. There is also a large aboriginal presence there too and the place feels very spiritual.

Unfortunately at the end of my stay there was an outbreak of bushfires which devestated a lot of farmland, sheep, cattle and wildlife. I also had experienced some rain before the hot temperatures and bushfires started. I feel that this is all part of the cleansing of the land, tragic as it was for those who were caught up in it and lost their homes and animals.
